As founder of Cambridge Advanced Strategic Training (CAST), my work supports the strategic development for people and organisations from all walks of life.  CAST have helped artists, businessmen, charities, students, governments and others. I also lecture at London Metropolitan University and have taught on summer schools in both Oxford and Cambridge.

My professional background is in diplomacy, media and communications with a focus on conflict transformation and counter-extremism. Main countries of focus are the UK, Pakistan, Israel, Iraq, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka and Southern Africa - although I have experience in over 35 countries.  This ties in with my main art-practice research interests of public and media perceptions of people and nations.
